Beautiful and welcoming
I moved in two months ago and have nothing but compliments It is an older apartment complex, but that isn't even an issue ... once you realize all of the perks. In fact, because it was built in the 80's, I believe, I never have any noise issues My neighbors are fantastic, maintenance has been same-day service and Ronnie and Becky in the main office are so wonderful and helpful- especially when I had a few questions upon moving in. Other people park their cars up on the grassy parts sometime, but I have never had a problem parking and I don't know if they just don't want to park a few spots further away when they do that or what. I love being close to the greenway and the grounds are gorgeous- I had friends visit for the weekend and they said they felt like they were driving into a resort when they drove in My apartment is cozy and roomy and I love that it came with its own washer, dryer, and fireplace I searched apartments for weeks and came back to this one 3 times until they had availability. We just moved to Nashville about a month and a half ago and rented our apartment sight unseen, and we made a GREAT choice. ... The people here could not be more friendly. We love our apartment and all of the amenities. We feel like we're on permanent vacation. There were a few little odds and ends we needed taken care of and everyone here was so helpful and quick to respond. We've moved around a lot in our life and by far this has to be one of the most comfortable moves we've ever experienced and the staff at Stewart's Ferry played a huge role in that positive experience. My experience at Stewarts Ferry has been great I've been most impressed with the speed of maintenance requests being fixed. ... The amenities are also nice, including the pool and the fitness center. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. Another big plus is the fact that Stewarts Ferry is pet-friendly.
