Our community is a pet friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you will and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.

Our pet fee is $300 for one pet under 50 lbs and $450 for one pet from 50-75 lbs. An additional $150 pet fee is due for a second pet. There is a two pet limit with a total weight limit of 75 lbs. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. We allow up to two pets per apartment. We do, however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)

Please stop by the leasing office when you are on your next stroll to pick up a special treat!
Dog breeds that are restricted:
*Shepherd
*Doberman
*Rottweiler
*Pit bull
*Chow
*Bull Mastiff
*Husky
*Wolf-dog hybrid
*Great Dane
*St Bernard
Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.

Other pets that are never allowed:
Ferrets
Reptiles
Tarantulas
Rodents
