RENT
Rent is due on the first of each month. Make life easier by only writing one check for the rent and water, no need for two. Make sure you put your apartment number on the check. AUM Statements are for your records, they do not need to be attached to the checks.
For your conveniece our office will be open till 7pm on the 4th and 5th of each month for you to pay rent in person.

Don't forget about BINGO! Pick up your card each month when you pay rent. Bingo cards must be picked up by the 5th of the month. This is your chance to win $150.

2010 Charity
Fogelman C.A.R.E.S. has adopted THE SPECIAL OLYMPICS as our 2010 charity! Donations will be accepted inside the leasing office. We will be selling candy bars for $1.00 each and also raffle tickets for $2.00 each for a chance to win a 42" FLAT SCREEN T.V.!
PATIO POLICY
The only things allowed on your patio is Patio Furniture, Live Plants, and Seasonal Decorations. There is to be no grills, no dead plants, and cannot be used for storage. Thank you in advance for making our community a great place to live.
