We Have a Survey Winner

Pool Monitor

Remember to have your pool passes with you while at the pool. Passes will be checked through out the day.

RENT

Rent is due on the first of each month. Make life easier by only writing one check for the rent and water, no need for two. Make sure you put your apartment number on the check. Con-Service statements are for your records, they do not need to be attached to the checks.

For your convenience our office will be open till 7 pm on the 5th and 6th of each month for you to pay rent in person.

Play Bingo

1. Pay rent by the 5th of each month, pick up a Bingo card at the office, we post a number on our Website Community Calendar and office door daily. Notify the office when you bingo and win $150 off rent.

CHECK OUT OUR DVD COLLECTION

We have over 100 DVDs! Please stop in today to take a look at our collection, rental is free for up to 48 hrs.

PATIO POLICY

Please remember to keep your patio/balcony looking fresh. Live plants are always welcome. Patio Furniture, Live Plants, and Seasonal Decorations should be the only items on patios or balconies. Please refrain from using your balcony for storage. Thank you in advance for making our community a great place to live.
